Dňa 9.8. a 10.8. 2012 sme na hrade začali s výstavbou lanovky ktorá smeruje od predného paláca až do priestorov prvej brány. V týchto dňoch sme úspešne odskúšali aj našu cestu, kde sa historicky po prvý krát dostalo auto až na plošinu v priestore prvej brány. Po dostavbe lanovky sme začali vyvážať Samurajom z dediny piesok a pomocou lanovky sme ho prevážali do predného paláca, kde bol čiastočne odstránený suťový zával.
